At Sky-Watcher, we stand behind the precision and quality of our optical equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate a Return Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to submit an RMA request, or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully repack the telescope, mount, or accessories in their original factory packaging, including all manuals, lens caps, and hardware to ensure safe transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the exterior of the shipping carton.
Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect the optics and mechanical components; once cleared, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
